Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday-Friday, unless there is a hold on your product for sewing charges

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS
UPS

Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. You should receive an email with this information once your order has shipped

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. These rates are automatically calculated through our shipping carriers. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. You will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable once the shipping label is created. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
